Please be informed that all products offered (roof window blinds) available in our online store are non-prefabricated goods, manufactured to individual order according to the specification selected by the Customer in the configurator (including blind model, fabric color, window size code, and guide rail color).

Pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract (return of goods within 14 days without giving a reason) does not apply to consumers in respect of contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore, no orders for blinds from the configurator placed in our store are eligible for return.

What to do if the product is damaged or defective?

The exclusion of the 14-day right of return does not limit your statutory warranty rights. If your blind has a manufacturing defect or transport damage, please file a complaint at: shop@cortteo.com
