The Cortteo.com website is operated by Arttel Artur Malinowski (JDG), ul. Gajowicka 95/112, 53-421 Wrocław, Poland (REGON: 932817679, NIP/VAT UE: PL8992241856). Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Arttel.

We offer roof window blinds and accessories, including all information, tools and services, subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Orders are concluded between you (the "User") and Cortteo.com store.
Key trademarks: All product names, logos, descriptions and photos belong to their owners. Altaterra, Velux®, Roto®, Keylite®, Fakro® are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Acceptance and Order Implementation

  • ✓ Using Cortteo.com means you accept these Terms and Conditions — please read them carefully before ordering.
  • ✓ You confirm: you're over 18, accept prices/shipping shown at checkout, allow personal data collection for order processing, card data transmission for payment, and agree to Polish law jurisdiction.
  • ✓ Contact: shop@cortteo.com for questions or corrections.
  • ✓ Minor colour variations possible due to screen differences — we strive for realistic representation.
  • ✓ Orders accepted 24/7; confirmation email sent after payment authorization. Contact us if no confirmation received.

Prices

All prices include VAT (gross prices). We issue VAT invoices for every order. For 0% VAT (EU VAT-registered companies only), email us before ordering.

Delivery costs: check delivery page. We reserve the right to change prices/products (not applicable to accepted orders).

Payments and Delivery

  • ✓ Accepted: PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, AmEx, Discover. Secure transmission to bank — we don't store card data.
  • ✓ We're not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses provided by you.
  • ✓ Multi-product orders ship together when all items ready (unless agreed otherwise).
  • ✓ Check package condition on delivery. For damage: take photos, note on receipt, contact us immediately for carrier protocol.

Consumer Rights

As a consumer, you have 2-year legal warranty (rękojmia) for faulty/non-compliant products: free repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal. Contact us immediately at shop@cortteo.com.

2-Year Warranty

Altaterra products: Additional 2-year warranty. Free courier pickup (DPD/GLS). We cover all complaint costs if defective. Include order number, photos, defect description, window code.

Returns (14-Day Right)

14-day return without reason (excludes custom-made products by window code). Product must be unused/uninstalled, in original condition.

Transparent inspection window: Blinds have a transparent plastic label — check fabric/guide colours through it without opening sealed packaging. Opening/tearing reduces return value.

  • ✓ Return shipping costs refunded (lowest rate from our list).
  • ✓ Send to: Arttel, ul. Gajowicka 95/112, 53-421 Wrocław, Poland.
  • ✓ Refund within 14 days after we receive items/proof of shipment.

Personal Data Protection

Your data protected per Polish RODO/GDPR. Processing basis: contract fulfillment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data shared with payment processors (PayPal), couriers (DPD/UPS). Stored for 5 years (accounting). Access/correct/delete anytime. Account deletion permanent.

Final Provisions

  • ✓ Polish law applies. Wrocław courts jurisdiction (consumer protections from your country apply if stronger).
  • ✓ Changes announced 7+ days ahead via website/email — continued use = acceptance.
  • ✓ Local ADR: Contact your national consumer authority. Online disputes: EU ODR Platform.
