Consumer Rights

As a consumer, you have 2-year legal warranty for faulty/non-compliant products: free repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from contract.

✓ Email shop@cortteo.com with: order number, your full name, invoice number, defect description + photos
✓ Free courier pickup (DPD/GLS) from your address – we cover all costs
✓ Courier contacts you first. Provide defective product ready for pickup
✓ If pickup impossible due to lack of User cooperation, replacement/refund delayed

2-Year Altaterra Warranty

Additional manufacturer warranty: 2 years on Altaterra products. Process same as above. Include window code for verification.

14-Day Returns (Withdrawal Right)

Return without reason within 14 days from receipt (excludes custom-made blinds by window code). Product must be unused, uninstalled, original packaging.

Inspection tip: Use transparent plastic label to check fabric/guide colours without opening sealed package. Opening reduces return value.

✓ Return shipping refunded (lowest rate from our carriers list)
